Shipping & returns

Did you order the wrong color or size? We’re happy to accept exchanges and returns within 21 days of the purchase date as long as the tags are attached and the item is new and in unworn condition.

A return authorization code is not needed unless the item is defective and eligible for warranty. Please use your carrier of choice to return items, making sure to ship them in the box or envelope in which you received them or something similar sealed with packing tape.

If you would like an exchange, please call us to ensure the item is in stock.

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us for a prepaid mailing label. We will work with you and the manufacturer to provide a warranty if the damage falls under manufacturer's guidelines.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt once shipped.
